The Fox takes off like a house afire
“Firefox went from 4.64 percent of the browser market at the beginning of 2005 to just shy of 10 percent by the end of the year, according to NetApplications. Over the same period Explorer fell from 90.31 percent to 85.05 percent.”
Afternote: Statistics for the month of January, 2006 show Internet explorer at 69% of my site traffic, with Firefox bringing-in 13.4% of the site visitors. Mozilla is powering 13.6% of the visitors for the month, with Safari, Opera, Konqueror, Lynx, Netscape and WebCollage making up the balance of the visitor percentages.
