Swimming in the Pensieve

This year has basically been one battle after another, and they just keep coming at us. Now, pretty much everyone in the house is either sick, or on their way to being sick, and we have the certifiable Bozos over at Millikan to deal with.

How is it that the state of education has sunk so low?

Why is it that, in almost every resort town one might chance to encounter (Palm Springs, Long Beach, ad infinitum…), the day-to-day business of city and school district politics are conducted by individuals who give every appearance of being thoroughly corrupt?

Why is it that nobody stands up and says, “We’ve had enough of this ignorance!” ?

Maybe that’s what my son did when he asked us to enroll him in CAliVA on the 11^th of this month. Cool! I don’t have to mess-around with suing the LBUSD.
